It is produced from potato cell sap by thermal and acidic coagulation, dehydration and drying.

Smell: typical of dried potato protein, with no off-smells

Storage: Store in well-ventilated rooms with relative humidity of 60 - 75%, with no off-smells.
Shelf life: 12 months from the production date
