YELLOW DEXTRINS
Application: Dextrins are commonly used in paper industry, printing, production of matches, foundry (casting), pharmaceutical industry, and many more. They are used as adhesives, stiffeners, and thickening agents, as well as ingredients used in their production.
Properties: When dissolved in water and heated up to 70oC, dextrins form homogenous gruel-like solutions.
Colour and appearance: loose powder, light yellow to yellow
Smell: typical of dextrins, no off-smells
