Personnel policy
Effective human resources management and efficient personnel strategy are an integral part of our Company’s policy.
The assumption that it is people who are the main source and a warrant of the Company’s success and that the employees’ development is a prerequisite for the Company’s further development constitutes the basis of our HR policy.
The HR model we have been implementing for many years implies a constant need of development, training and self-education of our employees.
We are aiming at the creation of work ethos based on loyalty, commitment and long-term relations with our Company.
A long-term employee development process, constant gaining of new skills and expansion of knowledge by our employees ensures an increase in the intellectual capital of our Company.
We are aiming at:
- creating a culture of positive interpersonal relations between the employees and the development of internal communication systems, conducive to a fast information flow within the Company;
- recruitment and employment of young, highly qualified staff which allows for the optimum personnel choice;
- constant raising of employees’ and managerial staff’s qualifications through a training and instruction system including general, specialist and language courses and training;
- associating the employer’s interest with the employees’ interests, combining and integrating HR policy rules with the Company’s development plans, full use of skills and abilities of all the employees through the creation of working conditions enabling development, innovativeness, team work and through the right system of incentives and rewards;
- shaping the Company’s personnel which will ensure the Company’s ability to adapt to changing market and social conditions and which will be conducive to a favourable Company image in Poland and abroad.
